Delivering final artwork digitally to clients or vendors is about digital distribution. This term captures the act of sending the finished design files through electronic channels so the recipient can access, review, and use them. In a typical design workflow, you move from early concepts like comps and rough layouts to a finalized piece, then prepare a delivery package with the final assets, formats, color profiles, and any needed fonts or supporting files. You then share these digitally via secure links, email, or a digital asset management system. The other terms describe earlier stages or different tools: a comp is a rough version for client approval, a rough layout is an initial arrangement, and OCR software is for converting scanned text, not for delivering artwork.
